Useful information about 3D printing

What's 3D Printing?

Imagine a tiny, high precision robotic arm holding a hot glue gun. Instead of printing flat lines of ink, it draws a shape, waits a split second for it to harden and then draws another layer right on top of it.

By stacking thousands of these paper-thin layers, it builds a solid, physical object from the ground up.

What Materials We Use

We believe in creating without the footprint. That’s why we primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid). Unlike traditional plastics derived from petroleum, PLA is made from fermented plant starch—most commonly corn. It’s a renewable resource that allows us to turn plants into prototypes.

When your project needs a little extra “muscle,” we turn to PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol). You’re likely already familiar with this material—it’s the same plastic used to make water bottles and food containers—but optimized for high-strength 3D printing.

How The Process Works?

A brief walkthough of the journey of a idea to a physical object:

The Digital Blueprint

We start by designing your idea with a 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

Slicing

We then import the model into the printing software which slices it into hundreds of horizontal layers.

The Build

The printer follows those slices like a roadmap, depositing material layer by layer.

Post-Processing

We clean, sand or treat the part to ensure it meets your specific finish requirements.
