How do I get a quote for a custom project?
Simply head to our Contact Us page and send us your 3D file (we prefer .STL where possible) Tell us what the part is for, and we’ll get back to you with a custom quote.
I don’t have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Absolutely! If you have a link to a design (from sites like Printables or Thingiverse) or just a rough sketch of an idea, we can help find or design a model for you.
How long does a 3D print take?
Small items like fidget toys or ornaments are usually ready in 1–2 days. Larger projects like Megafigs or industrial prototypes typically take 3–5 business days depending on the complexity and our current “print queue.”
When should I choose PETG over PLA?
Choose PETG if your part needs to be “tough.” It’s heat-resistant (perfect for inside a car), UV-stable (for outdoor use), and has a bit of “flex” so it won’t snap under pressure. It’s the “industrial-strength” choice.
What are these lines on my 3D print?
Because 3D printing builds objects layer-by-layer, you will see very fine “growth lines” on the surface. We do print at high resolutions to make these as subtle as possible, but sometimes certain prints and angle they are more visible. Many customers love this “digital fingerprint” as it shows the item was custom-made just for them!
Can I paint my 3D prints?
Yes! Both PLA and PETG take acrylic paint very well. We recommend a quick hit of “filler primer” first to smooth out the layer lines and stop the colours bleeding.
Are your prints safe?
Yes! Our PLA is non-toxic and odourless. PETG is also chemically stable. However, unless otherwise stated, 3D prints are not certified “food-safe” due to the tiny layers where bacteria can hide. They are best used for display, organization, and external tools.
How does "MEGAFIG YOURSELF" work?
Once you order, you’ll send us a few photos of yourself (or a friend!). We then customise the hair, outfit colours, and facial features to match. We print them at a “Mega” scale around 21cm with moving arms and legs!
Can I personalise anything?
Almost anything can be personalised, Drop us a message in the contact us section and we will be happy to help. Extra personalised options are available at a extra cost if not already specified in the listing.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only offer UK postage but are working hard to do internationally as soon as possible.
