new absolute beginners classes starting soon
We offer beginners sewing lessons for children and adults. Lessons can be arranged one-to-one, or in a group of up to four.
For beginners, we offer a one-hour weekly lesson for 4 weeks. This introduces our beginners to basic sewing techniques as they make a lined bag.
For those looking for something more specific, please get in touch to talk about your experience and what you would like to learn so we can tailor sessions to your needs.
Tuesday and Thursdays evening classes are run for people to persue their own makes, while Joanne provides tutoring, guidance and encourages confidence in your own abilities
Some example projects include, making a simple summer dress or bags & bunting. If you have something you have always fancied trying to make, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
All these are arranged between yourself and Joanne so please get in touch if you have any questions.
